CHAUCER&#8217;S Mead<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div>In a small saucepan, simmer tomatoes for 10 minutes or until slightly stewed.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Saut\u00e9 onion and garlic in oil until soft but not brown.<\/li>\n<li>Add stewed tomatoes, herbs, salt, and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add remaining ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Place fish in baking pan.
