{"id":593,"date":"2014-09-29T14:30:31","date_gmt":"2014-09-29T21:30:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bargetto.com\/?p=593"},"modified":"2014-09-29T14:30:31","modified_gmt":"2014-09-29T21:30:31","slug":"scalloped-potatoes-with-smoked-salmon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bargetto.com\/chaucers\/scalloped-potatoes-with-smoked-salmon\/","title":{"rendered":"Scalloped Potatoes with Smoked Salmon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Goes Great with BARGETTO Zinfandel Wine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 medium red potatoes, cooked and peeled into thin slices<\/li>\n<li>4 oz. smoked salmon, crumbled<\/li>\n<li>4 each garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. shallots, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. ginger, minced<\/li>\n<li>3 oz. heavy cream<\/li>\n<li>3 oz. parmesan cheese (fresh), grated<\/li>\n<li>1 oz. green onions, diced for garnish<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-heat oven to 350\u00b0<\/li>\n<li>Layer the potatoes, salmon, garlic, shallots, ginger and a small amount of the parmesan cheese in a casserole dish approximately 4&#8243;x 6&#8243;.
