Alaskan Halibut filets<\/li>\n<li class=\"style30\">1\/8 cup canola oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"style30\">salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #000000\"><span class=\"style12\" style=\"font-weight: bold\">DIRECTIONS<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"style32\">Yield: Serves 4<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>for sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"color: #000000\">\n<li class=\"style30\">Heat olive oil in a 2 qt. pot over medium high heat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"style30\">Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"style30\">Add sundried tomatoes, olives, artichokes and lemon zest.<\/li>\n<li class=\"style30\">Saute for 5 minutes<\/li>\n<li class=\"style30\">Deglaze with wine.Add basil<\/li>\n<li class=\"style30\">Salt and pepper to taste.
