Dry Marsala<br \/>\n1 T. olive oil<br \/>\n3 large. cloves of garlic, minced<br \/>\n1\/2 cup. BARGETTO California Cabernet Sauvignon<br \/>\n1\/2 pound fresh mushrooms<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedure:<\/strong><br \/>\n1.  Cut tenderloin into 1\/4&#8243; thick cutlets.<br \/>\n2.  Heat oil in large skillet until haze forms. Add butter.<br \/>\n3.  Brown cutlets on both sides (about 2 minutes on each side) and remove from pan.<br \/>\n4.  Add garlic to skillet and quickly saute.<br \/>\n5.  Mix sundried tomato paste with wines and add to skillet.<br \/>\n6.  Reduce to 3\/4 cup.<br \/>\n7.  Add mushrooms and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.<br \/>\n8.
