Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Remove pears and let cool.<\/li>\n<li>Pour poaching liquid into a bowl and let cool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Dressing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #000000\">\n<li>Combine poaching liquid, garlic, shallots and lemon juice in medium bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Slowly whisk in oil.
