Feel free to use the mushrooms of your choice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedure:<\/strong><br \/>\n1.  Heat cumin seeds for approximately 1 minute.<br \/>\n2.  Remove from heat and place in a large bowl.<br \/>\n3.  Add olive oil, garlic and mushrooms.<br \/>\n4.  Toss and grill mushrooms, peppers and onions.<br \/>\n5.  Taste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chipotle Cream Sauce Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n8 oz. sour cream<br \/>\n1 chipolte pepper (canned chipotle works fine)<br \/>\n1\/8 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedure:<\/strong><br \/>\n1.  Combine and puree.<br \/>\n2.
