{"id":893,"date":"2014-10-17T11:35:58","date_gmt":"2014-10-17T18:35:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bargetto.com\/?p=893"},"modified":"2014-10-17T11:35:58","modified_gmt":"2014-10-17T18:35:58","slug":"bella-dolce-berry-shortcake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bargetto.com\/chaucers\/bella-dolce-berry-shortcake\/","title":{"rendered":"Bella Dolce Berry Shortcake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>by Beth Paiva<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\nBerry Filling<br \/>\n2 cups assorted berries<br \/>\n1 cup BARGETTO Bella Dolce<br \/>\n1\/4 cup sugar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vanilla Chiffon Cake<\/strong><br \/>\n1 cup sifted cake flour<br \/>\n3\/4 cup sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp. baking powder<br \/>\n1\/2 cup veggie oil<br \/>\n4 large eggs separated(room temperature)<br \/>\n1\/3 cup water<br \/>\n1 tsp. vanilla<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"footer A\"><strong>Directions<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"footer A\"><strong>Berry Filling<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In sauce pan bring the Bella Dolce and sugar to a boil. Let cool to room temperature or cooler.<\/li>\n<li>Toss berries in Bella Dolce\/sugar mixture, set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span class=\"footer A\"><br \/>\n<strong>Vanilla Chiffon Cake<br \/>\n<\/strong>(use an ungreased 8 or 9 in. pan\u00a0with parchment lined bottom)<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 325\u00ba<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl mix cake flour, sugar, and baking powder. set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a mixer beat egg yolks on high until light yellow.<\/li>\n<li>Slowly add oil, then water, then vanilla (turn down speed as you add liquids)<\/li>\n<li>Slowly add dry ingredients until mixed together.
