34th ANNUAL ART IN THE CELLARS

December 5th & 6th, 2026

You’re invited to apply for the 34th annual Art in the Cellars at Bargetto Winery.

Event Timing: Saturday, December 5th from 10am-5pm & Sunday, December 6th from 11am-5pm

This festive indoor holiday event is held throughout the historic cellars of BARGETTO WINERY. Highlights local artists, seasonal shopping, wine tasting and holiday cheer.

ELIGIBILITY:
Open to local artist working in all mediums.

EXHIBIT GUIDELINES:
All work must be original, executed by the artist exhibitor.
Photo reproductions, numbered or open editions are allowed but should be limited.
No mass-produced or imported items, please.

FEES:
Booth Fee: $250.00 (non-refundable and non-transferable)
Food Booth Fee: Please submit your application and contact Cheryl at (831) 475-2258 x120 or callen@bargetto.com
The Winery does not collect commission on sales.
Payment is not due with your application. Once accepted, payment will be required by October 9th.

APPLICATION PROCESS:
All applications will now be submitted online.

PHOTO GUIDELINES:
JPG or PNG format preferred
Label each file with your business name and artwork title.
Please ensure images are clear and well-lit.

ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT:
Artists will be notified of acceptance via email by September 25th, 2026.

If you are accepted into the show, payment of the $250 booth fee must be submitted by Friday, October 9th, to secure your booth. Payment can be made by check payable to Bargetto Winery and mailed to:

You may also call the tasting room at 831-475-2258 to provide payment by credit card.
Fees become NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Accepted Artists will receive one complimentary BARGETTO WINERY souvenir wine glass per booth.

SALES & TAXES:
Artist must have a valid CA Resale Number.
Food vendors need a current valid food permit.
You are responsible for your own sales and tax collection.

ADVERTISING & POSTCARDS:
This event will be promoted through local media, mailers, social media, and the winery’s marketing channels.

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and reducing waste, we will no longer be providing physical postcards to artists. A digital version of the postcard will be provided upon request for sharing online or printing as needed.

Thank you for helping us reduce waste and make this event more sustainable.

BOOTH INFO & SETUP:
Setup begins Friday, December 4th.
We will have staggered setup times on Friday, depending on the location of your booth.
More information about your specific setup time will be provided to accepted vendors.
Displays must be clean and professional.
Artist exhibitors must be present at the festival on both days and Private Wine Club Reception.
Booths must be set up by 10am on Saturday, as we will have a special Wine Club event beginning at that time.
Show hours: Saturday, 10am to 5pm and Sunday, 11am to 5pm.

Booths will be inside the winery cellars – display space will vary depending on layout due to limited space.
Artist are highly encouraged to review booth location/size prior to show.
Artists are responsible for their own display materials and may store, at their own risk, their work and materials at the winery on Friday and Saturday night.
Please bring all necessary equipment (table covering, lighting, display stans, etc.)
Sunday teardown must be completed by 6:30pm.

DEADLINE:
Completed applications must be received by 4pm Friday, September 11th, 2026.
Letters of acceptance and non-acceptance will be emailed by September 25th, 2026.
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
