All requests must be on your company’s letterhead and include the following:
• Date, location, and description of your non-profit event
• Item(s) requested

We review requests on a quarterly basis: March 31, June 30, Sept 30 and December 31.
Please allow two weeks after these dates to receive a reply to your request.

Note: Due to our limited allotment, non-profits in our local communities of Santa Cruz County and Monterey County take precedence.
