Art & Wine Festival

You’re invited to apply for the 37th Art & Wine Festival at Bargetto Winery.

Event Timing: Saturday, July 18th & Sunday, July 19th from 11am-5pm

This two-day festival of art and wine takes place in the front area of Bargetto Winery.

ELIGIBILITY:
Open to local artist working in all mediums.

EXHIBIT GUIDELINES:
All work must be original, executed by the artist exhibitor.
Photo reproductions, numbered or open editions are allowed but should be limited.
No mass-produced or imported items, please.

FEES:
Regular Booth Fee: $250.00 (non-refundable and non-transferable)
Food Booth Fee: Please submit your application and contact Cheryl at (831) 475-2258 x120 or callen@bargetto.com
No commission is taken on sales.
Payment is not due with your application – only after acceptance.

APPLICATION PROCESS:
All applications will now be submitted online.

PHOTO GUIDELINES:
JPG or PNG format preferred
Label each file with your name and artwork title.
Please ensure images are clear and well-lit.

ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT:
Artists will be notified of acceptance via email by Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 with payment instructions.
Once accepted, you will have 7 days to pay booth fee.
Mail a check (check payable to BARGETTO WINERY) or pay via credit card at BARGETTO WINERY.
If ordering postcards (see below), please include additional payment at the same time.
Accepted Artists will receive one complimentary BARGETTO WINERY souvenir wine glass per booth.

SALES & TAXES:
Artist must have a valid CA Resale Number.
Food vendors need a current valid food permit.
You are responsible for your own sales and tax collection.

ADVERTISING & POSTCARDS:
This event will be promoted through local media, mailers, social media, and the winery’s marketing channels.
To become more sustainable and prevent waste, we will provide a digital postcard only. For the artists who would still like hard copy postcards, each bundle will be $15 for 50 postcards.

BOOTH INFO & SETUP:
Setup begins Friday, July 17th at 5:00pm. (This allows our customers parking until 5:00pm when the tasting room closes.)
Displays must be clean and professional.
Artist must be present on both days.
Artists must bring a secure, 10 x 10 tent with weights and all necessary equipment – chairs, umbrellas with weights, tables, etc.
You may store items at your own risk overnight on Friday & Saturday in the winery.
Teardown on Sunday must be completed by 7pm.

DEADLINE:
Completed applications must be received by 4pm. Friday, April 10th, 2026
Letters of acceptance will be emailed Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 with payment instructions.
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
